Our Infant Sleep workshop on Friday, January 27th and our next eight-week course beginning Monday, February 27th at the Potager Greenhouse, Cornwall are now fully booked.
If you and your baby would like to take part in these live in-person sessions through an online link then please contact us below.
Whether you attend as an expectant parent or a parent with your baby, you will come to understand how different babies have different temperaments and how to respond to your baby’s unique personality.
You will discover the incredible capacities that even newborn babies have for communication; and observe how responding sensitively to these cues helps infants to regulate their nervous systems, make sense of their emotions, and manage stress.
The most up-to-date research in developmental psychology and brain development will be brought to life in an engaging way with immersive activities and insightful video examples.
The workshops are a unique opportunity to be part of a support network with other new parents. Sharing worries or concerns with others who are going through similar experiences can reduce anxiety, invite fresh ideas and a create a new perspective.
The classes provide a platform for discussion around fundamental topics including sleep, crying, as well as apprehensions about going back to work and childcare. These discussions are informed with insights from the latest research.
Visit our new Babygro Community where parents can sign up for live webinar classes.
These provide evidence-based support on feeding, sleep and crying (digestive troubles).
Take part in our flagship eight-week online course on bonding, brain development and optimal
(mental) health outcomes in your baby.
